When I left a successful, stable career to start my own business, I didn’t realize how much I would miss meaningful conversations and building connections with the people around me.
That’s why I created regular gatherings of women I admired for education, inspiration and support, but what I didn’t expect was how getting in the room with them would change everything else in my life too.

It’s for ambitious entrepreneurs, visionary leaders, and professional women in business who want to love the work they do—and love the life they live. If you’ve experienced pivots, are pursuing your dreams, refuse to settle, and are committed to growing together through connection, inspiration, and shared experiences, this is the place for you.

Membership options are only $1,187 CAD + HST annually or $387 + HST quarterly/seasonally. Annual subscriptions auto-renew, with the option to cancel up to 30 days before your renewal. Quarterly memberships auto-renew with a minimum six-month commitment. All memberships are non-refundable, and the annual plan saves you 25%—a full year of growth, connection, and unforgettable experiences.

Quarterly signature in-person events in Toronto & GTA are included, along with occasional monthly gatherings. Some events are Roomies-only, while others are public ticketed events that give a taste of the In The Room magic. As the community grows, events will expand to additional cities.

No problem, we never want you to feel like you’re missing out! The private community hub alone offers tremendous value. Most in-person events are currently in Toronto, but members across Ontario are hosting their own meetups—coffee chats, dinners, walks, and more. You’ll always have a way to connect onling offline, even if you can’t make it to every event.
