Hi! I’m Palak Dave, and I’m on the journey of living a beautiful life—full of real-life experiences, connection and intention. I believe a beautiful life isn’t something you wait for; it’s built in the moments we choose to savour. Fulfillment isn’t found later, it’s created right now.

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been bringing people together and creating experiences that leave them inspired and feeling alive. After a decade as an award-winning marketer for TIFF and Indigo, I realized my calling was helping people reconnect with joy, presence, and community.

That’s what led me to create In The Room, a community for visionary women to connect through live events and conversations. Since 2017, I’ve hosted 350+ experiences, welcomed over 5,000 guests, and extended this work through my book, Beautiful Everydays.

At the heart of everything I do is a simple truth: life is too short to wait. Whether through a keynote, curated dinner, or intimate conversation, I create spaces where ambition meets joy—helping people stop delaying their lives and start building beautiful ones they love, here and now.
